- Return Policy: Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry our policies for returns are as follows:
- We do not offer refunds. All items are available for exchange or Credit for future use. All Final Sale items are considered final and not eligible for exchange or credit. This includes items purchased with a promotional code, credit, or during an on-line Sale.
- All of the above stated Sales are final and are considered a confirmation and full agreement in the above statement no refunds.

2. Returns for future On-line store credit or exchange within 7 Business days of Receipt.
- You may exchange or receive an on-line store credit on full priced items.

- (If something is returned to KAD without authorization it will not be accepeted)

Repair Policy: We will do our best to repair any design purchased through karaackerman.com. Customers will be given an estimate for repair fees upon inquiry. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned with receipt as proof of purchase.
