Return and Repair Policy

  1. Return Policy:  Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry our policies for returns are as follows:
  • We do not offer refunds on Final Sale items, items purchased with a promotional code, credit, or during an on-line Sale.
  • All of the above stated Sales are final and are considered a confirmation and full agreement in the above statement no refunds.
  • All Sale items are final sale.

2. Exchanges, On-line store credit or Refunds within 7 Business days of Receipt

  • You may exchange, receive an on-line store credit or refund on full priced items.
  • Sale Items are non-refundable and not available for credit and are considered final sale
  • We will not refund shipping charges on items for exchange, on-line store credit, or refund.
  • All exchanges, items for on-line credit, or refund must meet the following requirements in order to be authorized  
  • In order to be authorized please follow these steps
  • (If something is returned to KAD without authorization it will be returned to the sender)
  1. Email request for exchange within 7 business days of receipt of shipment info@karaackerman.com
  2. obtain official KAD authorization number, (items without this will not be accepted and returned to sender)
  3. Items must be in original packaging and include original receipt and detailed description for return and exchange desired.
  4. Once received please allow 7-10 business days to have credit, exchange or refund processed via email

 Repair Policy: We will repair any design purchased through karaackerman.com. Customers will be given an estimate for repair fees upon inquiry. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned with receipt as proof of purchase.
